  • What are the check out procedures?

    We wouldn't give you chores to do on your vacation! All we ask is that you lock up when you leave.

  • What is the minimum age to rent a property?

    You must be 25 years old to rent a property from Beach Road Luxury Vacations. Anyone under the age of 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult that is 25 years old or older.  Any situation found otherwise will be denied check-in and/or subject to eviction.

  • How can I make my reservation?

    You can make your reservation two different ways.  You can book directly on our website 24/7 at http://www.beachroadluxuryvacations.com or by giving us a call at 770-769-6126 7 days a week from 9am-5pm EST

  • What payment is required?

    A deposit of 50% of the total price is due on the date the reservation is made.  The balance is to be paid in full 60 days prior to your check-in date.  Reservations made less than 60 days out must be paid in full at the time of booking.  

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Please review the information on the property you are interested in for its cancellation policy.

  • Do you send emails or texts after I make my reservation?

    We do send emails to our guests such as reservation confirmation, payment receipts, signed contract confirmation, arrival information as well as parking information and restaurant suggestions.

  • Are there occupancy limits?

    Yes there are.  The maximum occupancy indicated for your rental property is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, regardless of sleeping or visiting, daytime or night.  

  • Are linens and towels provided?

    Yes, linens and towels are always provided.  Extra pillows and blankets are also available.

  • What if I leave an item behind in my rental property?

    We make every attempt to locate items that may have been left behind.  In the event we find the item, the guest is responsible for return shipping expense.

  • Can I mail something to my rental house?

    Sorry, no. We do not have access to the properties mailboxes. Some homeowners have mail forwarded to their permanent residence which would prevent any mail or packages to be delivered to the home.  For long term guests, we recommend securing a local P.O. Box.

  • What if we have a smoker in our party?

    Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any property.  Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $1,000 deep cleaning bill.  Any outdoor smokers must dispose of their extinguished butts in an outdoor trash receptacle.  No smoking in doorways or out of open windows.  

  • What kind of coffee maker does the house have?

    All properties have a drip coffee maker and some also have a Keurig.  Please check the amenities for the property to confirm if both are available.

  • Can I adjust the dates of my reservation after I’ve booked it?

    Please give us a call or send an email and we will do all we can to accommodate any requests to adjust the dates of your stay.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We market our properties specifically for travelers as "hypoallergenic", so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate even the most lovable pet babies.
